Acun Medya / Acun Ilıcalı bought 100% of Hull City Tigers Ltd from the Allam family's Allamhouse Ltd, with EFL approval and completion announced by the club on 19 January 2022; Companies House shows Ali Acun Ilıcalı personally as the 75%+ PSC from 2 February 2022 (an ACM Sports B.V. entry was notified and ceased the same day, and Hull Live reported the transfer to 'Acun Sports – Acun Medya'), so the beneficial owner is the individual even though the club statement names Acun Medya.
